In Mastermind Groups:
A Professional Facilitator coordinates your group. Your peers share their wisdom and insights, while pushing you to achieve your professional and business goals. You share your business challenges, and the group provides their collective wisdom, as well as accountability and support.
The external Mastermind groups fill up quickly. Also, we can customize an internal program for your company or team.

This is the more affordable Executive Coaching option. You also receive the added benefit of peer coaching and accountability. With Executive Coaching, the Professional Coach starts by conducting assessments to determine your behavior style, increase self-awareness, and discover credibility gaps. Then, you select and work on specific goals that will improve your communication and leadership abilities.

How are Mastermind Groups Conducted?
Format
1. Typically, groups meet monthly for 1½ hours – virtually via Zoom.
2. Max of 6-8 people per group.
Description
In Mastermind groups, members discuss business challenges – receiving resources and expertise from their CEO peers. The group pushes each member to grow his/her company or department and achieve their business goals. Members also work on their individual professional development goals. Peers provide accountability and support.
Members will share ideas, resources, and feedback to solve their business challenges. By receiving the wisdom, perspective, and experience of the group – members can expand their view of the world and accomplish their projects and goals more quickly and effectively. Members provide brainstorming, motivation, and responsibility. In essence, members have a permanent Board of Advisors whose purpose is to help grow each other’s companies.
Outcomes
Business outcomes may include – achieving company objectives more effectively, completing projects faster and with fewer headaches, saving costs, and being held accountable for results. Professional development outcomes may include – increased self-awareness and more effective
leadership.
